Bollywood actors Ajay Devgn and Kajol’s son Yug turned a year older on Wednesday. The proud parents had taken to their official social media handles to share heartfelt messages addressed to him. Having been away from the limelight all these years, he has slowly started to gain a significant fan base on the internet. Now, videos of him celebrating his 13th birthday with his admirers and the paparazzi are currently doing rounds on social media.

In the video posted by Viral Bhayani, Yug is seen standing besides cousin as he cuts the cake. He then greets his admirers that have assembled outside his house. He poses with them for photos and even shares his cake with everyone. Fans were quick to take to the comment section of the post to shower him with love and adoration. However, a section of the internet started bashing his sister Nysa Devgn and pointed out how he might turn out just like her and go under treatments to become ‘fairer’. One wrote, “Looks like a good kid. Hope he doesn't turn out to be like his sister.” Another wrote, “another few years before he goes under the knife n skin whitening like women in his family.” Other one wrote, “Once he grows as an adult he will also turn snow white ....anyways happiest birthday.” Netizens even came out in support to shut down the naysayers for speaking ill about a kid. For the unversed, after dating for a few years, Kajol and Ajay tied the knot in 1999. They welcomed their daughter Nysa in 2003, Yug was born in 2010. While the boy, just like his father, likes to keep a low profile, Nysa is often seen by the netizens out and about the city attending events and parties. Pictures and videos from the same often go viral on social media.

Over the past few years, Nysa has been subjected to a lot of trolling and criticism due to her glow-up. Kajol in a previous interview had opened up about her daughter being targeted by the internet. She had expressed how she loves the fact that Nysa conducts herself with dignity wherever she goes. She went on to add that she will always support her daughter as it is her right to do whatever she wants.
